Additional Silver Membership T&C’s
Silver membership is an ANNUAL membership to be paid every 12 months.
You will receive:
- A minimum of one box in the next 12 months (you must still meet the campaign profile to be considered).
- Preference for selection* over free members.
*We will only select you for a campaign that matches your profile, so it is important that you keep your profile up to date. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep their profile up to date.
Other terms:
Surveys -
When you receive a Black Box you must complete the campaign survey. We check this against the email address that you have registered to your black box profile. It is the customer’s responsibility to complete their survey using the correct email address.
Emails -
You must stay “subscribed” to our email database. If you unsubscribe your email address, you will forfeit the balance of your Silver Membership.
Couriers –
Black Box accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by couriers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a valid and correct delivery address. Once a campaign has been shortlisted, we cannot change your delivery address.
If a redirection is required, the customer must do so directly with the courier company.
If the address provided is not a valid address, we reserve the right to remove you from the Campaign.
Black Box Membership is R18, open to NZ residents with a valid NZ address only.
Customers may stop their annual membership at any time - simply log into your account and go to the “Payment Options” section. Turn off the auto-renew function.
